Space to Grow, Gather, and Create Everyday Magic

This Vancouver renovation was crafted for a busy family of four, two creative young girls, a work from home parent, and a grandmother who stays often. The goal was more function, flow, and flexibility without expanding the footprint.

We reworked the layout with a true guest suite for extended visits, a private office, and an open concept kitchen connected to the deck, yard, and garage. Strategic screening at the entry added privacy and a sense of arrival while staying on budget. 

A bright palette, layered materials, and streamlined finishes bring cohesion and warmth to everyday living. The family has since invited me back to design their upcoming second-floor addition.
